Website Design Packages
What’s The Deal?
What happens after I purchase the plan?
You’ll need to fill out a Creative Brief. A creative brief is a document you’ll need to provide to help us create your website according to your preference. It also helps reduce the number of revisions on your web design.
In your creative brief, you’ll need to provide the following:
Sample website references
Specific pages to be created (About Us, Contact page, etc.)
Content description of the said pages
Images or stock photos (you can take your pick here: https://www.shutterstock.com/)
Can I transfer my website to other packages?
Yes, you can transfer from your current Web Design package to another one. However, this is only possible in the same platform (e.g., WordPress to WordPress and Website Builder to Website Builder.)
Will you add content to my website?
We strongly recommend you manage your website’s content to give your site that unique personal touch.
However, our team will be there to guide you on how to get started. We’ll help you learn the ropes of uploading and editing your content.

What is the difference between building a website with Website Builder vs. WordPress?
Website Builder offers a wide selection of templates our designers can mix and match to fit your brand. With its convenient drag-and-drop feature, you’ll be able to manage and tweak your website in minutes after the handover. This explains why the Website Builder package has a quicker turnaround than WordPress.
On the other hand, WordPress provides more features and customisation opportunities. It has thousands of plugins that allows us to build websites with more complex requirements. It’s the ideal platform for businesses that plan to scale their website in the future.
When choosing a Web Design package, we recommend considering the platform that suits your business needs and technical knowledge.
How long does it take to build my website with Website Builder?
It takes about 3 – 5 days to finish a 5 page website. If you’re adding another 5 pages, the duration can extend up to 3 - 5 days more.
How long does it take to build my website with WordPress?
Our designers can create a WordPress website within 3 - 5 weeks, depending on the project’s requirements and complexity. Our team will provide an exact timeline and constantly provide updates.
Can I include additional demands that are not on the package?
Yes, we can provide other features that are not on the package at a reasonable cost.
These include but not limited to:
Advanced functionalities such as booking pages, dashboards, custom logins, etc.
Feel free to contact us for more details.
I’m not sure I need everything on the package. Can I choose not to avail some of them?
Yes, it’s up to you to choose what applies to your website. However, our package includes all the essential your website needs. We highly recommend that you take advantage of all of them.
I have an existing website? Can I transfer it to WordPress/Website Builder platform?
Yes, but this only applies to WordPress websites. We can’t transfer template-based websites such as Website Builder.
Can I choose not to pay for the hosting?
All Web Design plans come with web hosting. If you choose not to pay the monthly hosting fee, your website will be unavailable once your contract expires.
Why is WordPress more expensive than Website Builder?
Building a website with WordPress takes more time compared to Website Builder. While it’s a good thing that its flexible features allow more customisation, it takes a higher level of expertise to piece a professional website through the platform.
Can I copy or clone an existing website design?
Yes, you’re free to provide us with a sample website as a design reference. For more complex websites, we suggest choosing the WordPress Web Design package.
Will I get daily updates about my website's progress?
You might not get daily updates but rest assured that your Project Coordinator will contact you for any updates regarding your website.
If something goes wrong with my website design long after the live publishing, can I still ask your support team for help?
Yes, you’re more than free to contact your Project Coordinator for further assistance after your website has been published. You can also send an email to email@example.com.
