What to do if you see a message stating that your email client can't verify the identity of the server

When Email Clients connects to your server, they by default attempts to connect using a SSL connection. On shared servers, the SSL certificate will look similar to *.au.syrahost.com. Email Clients are throwing an error because they are not seeing a SSL certificate for "mail.example.com", and instead they are seeing the *.au.syrahost.com certificate.

This is common, and it is safe to ignore. Click "Connect", "Get Certificate" or "Show Certificate" to ignore this message and continue.

Important: Please make sure that your Email Client is seeing a SSL certificate for *.au.syrahost.com or for your domain. Do not trust any other certificates, if you are hosted with Crazy Domains.
