Setup multiple Emails on one account with Exchange

One of the easiest and most convenient ways to keep your inbox organised is to set up multiple emails on one account, using Exchange. Just follow the steps below to get started.

Setting Multiple Emails on One Account with Exchange

Exchange allows you to create one mailbox using a primary email account. Here’s how:

  1. Click on My Account at the top of this page.
  2. Ensure that Account Manager is selected.
  3. Enter your username and password, and click Log In.
  4. Click on Email in the menu bar at the top of the page.
  5. Click on the Email Exchange you wish to manage.
  6. From the management page, click Control Panel on the right.
  7. Enter your Exchange Manager username and password, and click Log In.
  8. The Exchange home screen will display, click on the Email Management icon.
  9. Click on the name of your Organization.
  10. Click on Mailboxes in the left menu.
  11. Click the Create New Mailbox button.
  12. Select Existing user, then click the File button near the Display Name field.
  13. Enter the Display Name or the email of the required user, and click the Search button.
  14. In the Mailboxplan Name field, choose the required Mailbox plan.
  15. Click Create Mailbox.

Congratulations, you you have assigned multiple emails to one email account with Exchange.

Setting Multiple Emails on One Account with Exchange 2016

If you have just recently started using Exchange, you will see the new interface for Exchange 2016 on the Account Manager. Here are the steps you need to follow to set up multiple emails on one account on the new interface:

  1. Click on My Account at the top of this page.
  2. Ensure that Account Manager is selected.
  3. Enter your username and password, and click Log In.
  4. Click on Email in the menu bar at the top of the page.
  5. Click on the Email Exchange you wish to manage.
  6. From the management page, click Control Panel on the right.
  7. Enter your Exchange Manager username and password, and click Log In.
  8. Click on Mailboxes.
  9. Click the New Mailbox button.
  10. Select Existing user, then click the File button near the Display Name field.
  11. Enter the Display Name or the email of the required user, and click the Search button.
  12. In the Mailbox Plan Name field, choose the required Mailbox plan.
  13. Click Create Mailbox.
