How to Set up Email Forwarding with Premium DNS

Premium DNS offers a simple one-click Email Forwarding to reroute all the emails from one email address to another. You can also forward all your domain’s incoming emails to a specific address, creating a catch-all email type of Email Forwarding service.

Premium DNS is a service upgrade that offers much more than just Email Forwarding. It also gives you a stable and secure cloud service, utilising multiple locations to ensure your email is reliable and has the fastest delivery possible.

For all other locales, this service upgrade can be added to any existing domain name. For UK, as per Registry policies, Premium DNS features are already included in every account upon registration.

Important Note: Email Forwarding will only work if the following records have been set:

  • Name Servers: ns1.dnspackage.com and ns2.dnspackage.com
  • MX Record: mx1.dnspackage.com

All DNS updates will take up to 2 hours to resolve across the global networks. After you have performed this action, please wait for the update to take full effect.
