How to Renew Email Exchange

If you've received a Renewal Notice, this means that your Email Exchange service is now on Renewal Due status. You can access your Account to process your Renewal using the steps below:

  1. Click Sign Up / Log In at the top of this page.
  2. Ensure that Account Manager is selected.
  3. Enter your username and password, then click Log In.
  4. Click on the Visit My Account button.
  5. Click Email from the top menu.
  6. Click Renew from the left-side menu.
  7. Tick the box corresponding to the Email Exchange plans that you wish to Renew.
  8. Click the Renew button at the top.
  9. You will be redirected to the page where you can pay for and activate your Renewal.

We strongly suggest Renewing for the longest term or setting up Auto Renewal to ensure that your Products/Services do not expire.

Renewing Email Exchange on Active Status

If you wish to Renew an Email Exchange service that is still on Active status, you can do so using the following steps:

  1. Click Sign Up / Log In at the top of this page.
  2. Ensure that Account Manager is selected.
  3. Enter your username and password, then click Log In.
  4. Click on the Visit My Account button.
  5. Click Email from the top menu.
  6. Click on the Email Exchange plan that you wish to manage.
    If you only have one Email Exchange plan, you will automatically be redirected to its management page.
  7. Click on the Hamburger Menu, then select Renew from the drop-down list.
  8. You will be redirected to the page where you can pay for and activate your Renewal.

Congratulations! You just Renewed your Email Exchange service.
