Don’t move email to my Junk Email folder – Select this if you want to disable junk email filtering. Deselecting this will disable all other options on the page.

Note: If this option is selected, mail detected by Exchange Online Protection as spam will be delivered to your Inbox if your administrator has set the spam action to move the said messages to the Junk Email folder.

Automatically filter junk email – Select this option if you want to enable junk email filtering. This filter will allow you to use additional options for other than those set by your administrator.

Step 5. Under Safe Senders and Recipients, type the domain or contacts you do not want diverted to your Junk Email folder. Click the plus [+] symbol to add to this list all trusted senders and recipients that you do not want to block, or simply press the enter key on your keyboard after every domain or contact.
