How to Add Fax Credit

Fax Credit is an internal currency that can be used to send Faxes. Once you have used up all your Fax Credits, you can purchase additional Credits by following the steps below:

  1. Click Sign Up / Log In at the top of this page.
  2. Select Account Manager from the drop-down menu.
  3. Enter your username and password, then click Log In.
  4. Click on the Visit My Account button.
  5. Click Email Fax at the top menu.
  6. Click Fax Credit on the left-side menu.
  7. Select your desired Credit Amount in the corresponding drop-down menu.

    Note: Tick the Renew automatically when balance falls below 25% box, if you wish to automatically reload your Fax Credit balance before it runs out.

  8. Choose your Payment Option, then click on the Pay & Activate or Complete Order button.

Congratulations! You just added Fax Credit.
