Error displays Invalid Name Servers
Do you get the message Invalid Name Servers at the top of the screen when you update your name servers?
If so, there are a couple of things to check:
- Are you delegating to name servers that are active hosts? If you're delegating your domain, there's a chance that your name servers have not been added to the registry yet. If you are using child name servers, you can ensure they are created (or create them) using this guide. Otherwise, please contact us.
- If you're sure you have valid hosts, then check that you are typing the IP address correctly.
- If our system still won't accept your name servers, it's probably be better if you contact us.
Name Server updates are applied immediately but may take up to 24 hours to propagate across the internet. If you have updated your name servers and still see no change, please wait for this propagation.
