To answer the question, No. We do not configure your website or make any changes in the background while the transfer is ongoing. However, you can request to configure your website once transfer is complete. Configuration requests include but not limited to:
- Design Updates
- Script Installations
- Custom Setup
- Code Fixes
You can request these configurations through our Advanced Support. In this guide, you’ll learn how to access our Advanced Support via your Account Manager.
How to Access Advanced Support
Make sure you’ve received a notification that your website transfer is complete. You can then follow the steps below to access Advanced Support and submit a request.
|Log In to your Account Manager.
|Hover your mouse pointer to your account name at the top, then click on the Advanced Support option from the drop-down list.
|From the Advanced Support page, fill in the corresponding details to the following:
Product - Select the type Product or Service you wish us to
Task - Select the type of Task you want to accomplish for your
Requirements - Please specify in details what the system requirements are,
providing a link and your username to help complete your request. This will be
advanced to the top of the queue and reviewed by a specialist within the same
Phone - Enter the phone number where we can contact you of the status of
Email - Enter your e-mail address where we can email you of the status of
Service Fee - Choose how many hours you would like to allocate for this
process to complete with our team.
Then proceed to the Payment Section and click on the Pay & Activate
