Disabling Outlook Web Access spam filter
Your hosted Email Exchange comes with a comprehensive and customisable junk email filter. You can use Outlook Web Access to fine tune, block or unblock email from being filtered into the junk folder.
Sometimes Outlook can mark legitimate and valid emails as spam, thus preventing them from reaching your email inbox. The issue is rather frequent despite the fact that Outlook spam filter is set to low by default. Solve this issue by turning off the Outlook spam filter.
Enable/Disable Spam Filter
You can disable the Outlook Web Access spam filter by doing the following:
|Step 1.||Sign in to your Outlook Web Access.|
|Step 2.||Next to your name in the top right corner select the Gear Icon.|
|Step 3.||Click Options.|
|Step 4.||Click Block or Allow in the left menu.|
|Step 5.||Click Automatically Filter Junk Email to turn the Spam Filter on or off.|
|Step 6.||Click Save.|
Your spam filter settings have now been set.
