Your hosted Email Exchange comes with a comprehensive and customisable junk email filter. You can use Outlook Web Access to fine tune, block or unblock email from being filtered into the junk folder.
Sometimes Outlook can mark legitimate and valid emails as spam, thus preventing them from reaching your email inbox. The issue is rather frequent despite the fact that Outlook spam filter is set to low by default. Solve this issue by turning off the Outlook spam filter.
