Follow the steps below to change quota for an FTP account:

  1. Click on My Account at the top of this page.
  2. Select Hosting Manager from the drop-down menu.
  3. Enter your username and password and click Log In.
  4. On the Home page, click Files, or the [ v ] arrow button on the right side, and then click FTP Accounts.
  5. Scroll down to FTP Accounts. Click on the Gear icon next to the FTP Login you want to reset.
  6. Select Change Quota.
