If you have run out of fax credit, we will still receive the fax. However, it will not be processed to your inbox until you have refilled your account. We hold incoming fax messages for up to 365 days.
So if you run out of credit, your fax number will still receive faxes. As soon as you are recharged, they will be sent to you automatically. This also means that they are there for you to check in case your email is unavailable.
