Ways To View Your Products and Services
The new Account Manager gives you more flexible ways of managing your products and domains. After logging in, you can find all your products and domains in your Account Dashboard. You can change the viewing structure layout in two ways — in Card View or List View.
Read on to know the difference between these two options.
Card View
By default, the dashboard displays all products and domains in Card View. Each card holds one domain name, and all the associated products and services for that domain.
Each card contains the following sections:
- Domain Name
At the top of the card, you can find the domain name you've connected to a product. Here, you can find the domain status and its expiry date if it's registered with us.
- Connected Products
Below the domain, you can find the products connected to it.
Black Items | Active products connected to your domain. Click Manage if you want to make changes to the product. |
Greyed-out Items | Inactive products that you can add or Activate for your domain name. |
List View
You can switch to List View if you prefer a more compact format for your dashboard. To switch, just click the List View icon in the Product Filters section.
The List View is divided into the following columns:
- Domain Name Columns
These columns show a list of your domain names, their expiry date (if registered with us) and their statuses.
- Connected Products Column
You can find the products connected to your domain in the right-most column.
Black Items | Active products connected to your domain. |
Greyed-out Items | Inactive products that you can activate or add to your domain. |
Connected Product Icons
There are different product icons in the Connected Products section that is visible for both Card or List View. They may look confusing, so let us show you the common symbols and the product they represent.
