Set Up Titan Email on Gmail Web App

This guide will show you how to add your Titan email account to Gmail in your web browser.

Before you proceed, make sure you have:

• created your email account already. See our guide on how you can create an email account.
• tried accessing the email via webmail and confirmed that sending and receiving are working.
• a stable internet connection.
• your email address and password handy.

Setting Up Titan Email on Gmail

1. Go to www.gmail.com. Ensure that you are logged in to your existing Gmail account.
2. Click the gear ⚙︎ icon on the top-right, then click See all settings.
3. Select Accounts and Import tab.
4. Go to Check mail from other accounts, then click Add a mail account.
5. In the pop-up window, enter the email address you want to set up, then click Next.
6. Ensure that Import emails from my other account (POP3) is selected, then click Next.
7. Enter the POP3 mail settings (see the guide below).
    

   POP Server Settings
   Username: Enter your complete email address Password: Enter your email password POP Server: pop.titan.email Port: 995 Tick the following options: ☑ Leave a copy of retrieved message on the server box. ☑ Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mailbox. ☑ Label incoming messages box.



8. Click Add Account.
9. Select Yes, I want to be able to send mail as, then click Next.
10. Replace the Name if you want, ensure that Treat as an alias box is ticked, and then click Next Step.
11. Enter the SMTP server settings (see the guide below).

    SMTP Server: smtp.titan.email Port: 465 Username: Enter your complete email address Password: Enter your email password Tick the following option: ☑ Secured connection using SSL (recommended)



12. Click Add Account. Gmail will ask you to verify the added email address. You will see a verification screen like the screenshot below:
    
    
    
     
13. Open your Gmail or webmail account and find the verification email sent to the newly added email account.
14. Click the verification link and then click Confirm to verify your account.
    
    

That's it! You should now be able to check your emails in Gmail.
