Set Up Titan Email in Outlook for Microsoft 365

Microsoft has released a new, user-friendly Outlook app for desktops. This guide will help you easily set up your Titan email account in the latest Outlook for Microsoft 365.

 

IMPORTANT. To use your Titan email on other email clients, you must first enable Titan for third-party apps.

 

 

Before you proceed, make sure you have:

 

Setting Up Titan Email in the New Outlook

  1. Open the new Outlook app.
  2. Once prompted, enter the email address you want to set up, then click Continue.

  3. Choose IMAP or POP from the list of email providers.
  4. Enter your password and toggle on the Show more button.
  5. Input the settings according to the account type you chose (IMAP or POP):

    Your Titan email address

    POP Incoming server 
    pop.titan.email

    Port 
    995

    Secure connection type
    SSL/TLS (recommended)

    SMTP username
    Your Titan email address

    SMTP password
    Your email password

    SMTP Outgoing server
    smtp.titan.email

    Port
    465

    Secure connection type
    SSL/TLS (recommended)

       
  6. Click Continue > Next > Continue.

 

Once the setup is successful, you'll be taken directly to your email account inbox.

 

Edit Existing Email Client Settings

If your email isn’t working properly after being added to Outlook, follow these steps to review and edit the server settings:

  1. In the Outlook app, click the Settings (gear) icon.
  2. Click Manage beside your email address.

  3. Review the IMAP and SMTP settings. To edit, click on Repair.
  4. Enter the correct email client settings. See the table above.
  5. Click Continue to save your changes.

 

If you're unable to edit the settings, click Remove to delete the account, and then set it up again.

NOTE.
 
  • Give a little time for your messages to completely load as you may not immediately see them after setting up your email account.
  • Send a test email to check if the setup is successful.
