Set Up Titan Email in Outlook for Android
This guide will help you set up your Crazy Domains Titan Email account on the Outlook app of your Android device.
Before you proceed, ensure you have:
- downloaded and installed Outlook for Android app on your phone.
- created your email account already. Refer to our guide on how to create an email account.
- accessed the email via webmail and confirmed that sending and receiving emails are working.
- a stable internet connection.
- your email address and password handy.
IMPORTANT. To set up and access your Titan email on other email clients successfully, you must first enable Titan for third-party apps.
Setting Up Titan Email in Outlook for Android
- Open the Outlook app on your Android phone.
- Tap ADD ACCOUNT.
NOTE. Outlook may detect other email accounts. Just untick the boxes beside them and select CONTINUE.
- Enter your email address and tap CONTINUE.
- Select IMAP.
- Enter the required details. See the guide below:
Email Address Ensure that you have entered the correct email address
Password Enter the password of the email account you’re trying to set up
Display Name Enter a preferred display name
Description Enter your preferred description (e.g., school, work, personal).
- After entering the details above, enable the ADVANCED SETTINGS option.
- Enter the following data in the respective fields:
IMAP Incoming Emails Server
IMAP Host Name imap.titan.email
Port 993
Security Type SSL/TLS
IMAP Username Your Titan email address
IMAP Password Your Titan email address password
SMTP Outgoing Email Server
SMTP Host Name smtp.titan.email
Port 465
Security Type SSL/TLS
SMTP Username Your Titan email address
SMTP Password Your Titan email address password
- After entering the details above, tap the check (✔) icon on the top-right. Wait for the authentication to finish.
- Tap ADD if you want to add another email account. Otherwise, tap MAYBE LATER to proceed with checking your emails.
That's it! You should now be able to view your emails in your Android phone's Outlook App.
- Give a little time for your messages to completely load as you may not immediately see them after setting up your email account.
- Send a test email to check if the setup is successful.
