Set Up Titan Email in Microsoft Outlook 2019

This article provides a step-by-step guide on setting up your Crazy Domains Titan email account in Microsoft Outlook 2019.

Before you proceed, make sure you have:

  • downloaded Outlook 2019 application on your desktop,
  • created your email account already. See our guide on how you can create an email account,
  • tried accessing the email via webmail and confirmed that sending and receiving is working,
  • a stable internet connection and have your email address and password ready.

 

IMPORTANT. To set up and access your Titan email on other email clients successfully, you must first enable Titan for third-party apps.

 

Setting Up Your Titan Email in Outlook 2019

  1. Launch your Microsoft Outlook 2019 application, click File, and then Add Account.
     

    NOTE: If it's the first time you open Outlook 2019 on your desktop, you can view the Choose Profile window. Just click OK to continue, and then click Next when the Welcome to Outlook window appears.

  2. Enter your email address, then click Advanced Options.
  3. Select the Let me set up my account manually check box, and then click Connect.
  4. When the Choose account type window opens, select either of the following:
     
    • POP (Post Office Protocol)
    • IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol)

  5. On the IMAP or POP Account Settings, enter the following details:
     

    IMPORTANT: Replace the (yourdomain.com) instance with your domain name.

     
    POP ACCOUNT SERVER INFORMATION
    Account Type POP
    Incoming mail server pop.titan.email
    Port 995
    Encryption method SSL/TLS
    Outgoing mail server smtp.titan.email
    Port 465
    Encryption method SSL/TLS

     

    IMAP ACCOUNT SERVER INFORMATION
    Account Type IMAP
    Incoming mail server imap.titan.email
    Port 993
    Encryption method SSL/TLS
    Outgoing mail server smtp.titan.email
    Port 465
    Encryption method SSL/TLS

     

  6. Once you have entered the necessary information, click Next.
  7. Enter your email password, and then click Connect. Wait for the system to test the settings.
  8. When the account setup is complete, click OK.

 

NOTE.
  • Give a little time for your messages to completely load as you may not immediately see them after setting up your email account.
  • Send a test email to check if the setup is successful.
