Sending and receiving limits for Titan email

To keep accounts secure and email traffic manageable, Titan sets hourly and daily limits on email sending and receiving. Your exact limit depends on your plan, how long your account has been active, and whether you’re sending emails to recipients within your own domain or external recipients.

Warm-up sending limits

Newly activated domains on Titan Email have lower sending limits per day during their first five active sending days. The limits gradually increase each day as part of the warm-up period.

Titan regular sending limits

After the five-day warm-up period, the regular plan-based sending limits apply, subject to spam and abuse checks.

If your account reaches its sending limit, you won’t be able to send additional emails, and your messages may be returned with an undelivered notification. If you regularly reach your sending limit, consider upgrading to a higher plan for a higher sending allowance.
