How to Upgrade Site Backup Storage

Your Site Backup storage is limited to the plan you initially purchased. Once the limit is met, it no longer creates new backups. Before you reach your storage limit, we highly recommend that you upgrade your plan for additional space so your future online assets remain protected.

How to Upgrade Site Backup Storage

To upgrade your storage, follow the steps below:

Step 1. Log in to your Account Manager.

Step 2. Click Web Hosting from the top menu.

Step 3. Select the website you want to back up. Then, scroll down to the Site Backup section of the page.

Step 4. Drag the Storage slider bar to the right, to set the Cloud Storage memory you need for your backups.

Step 5. Click the Upgrade button.

Step 6. You will be redirected to your Shopping Cart where you can pay for and activate the new plan.
