How to Receive Fax Using Email

Fax to Email is a service that lets you use your email address to send and receive faxes. It is a modernised and hassle-free version of your traditional fax machine — where every transaction can be instantly done online.

For you to be able to use your email in receiving faxes, you need to make sure that the email you are using is an authorised email address. This means that it was successfully set up in your Account Manager.

After setting up emails, you can now receive faxes in any of your authorised email addresses.

Receiving a fax is basically the same as receiving an actual email. These faxes are sent to you by email as a PDF document attachment by default. These can be opened from any device using a PDF viewer.

PDF (Portable Document File) was invented to ensure that a document, even when reproduced or transferred, will stay true to its original style and size when viewed by the receiver as they were created by the sender.
