How To Import Data in Outlook 2013
If you are moving your email data from another email account or email provider to Outlook 2013, you can use the Import feature of Outlook to migrate your email data.
NOTE: Before performing this import, we recommend that you download a backup copy of your email data, if you are currently using Outlook. This is to keep your current data safe in case of internet or program failure. Also, we recommend that you disable Cached Exchange Mode before beginning import.
