How to Download Specific Files Using Site Backup

You can download backup files to your local computer by accessing your Site Backup Dashboard. Downloaded files will be compressed and zipped to a single file so you can easily upload the files to your website.

To download specific files using Site Backup, follow the steps below:

Step 1. Log in to your Account Manager.

Step 2. Click Web Hosting from the top menu.

Step 3. Select the website you wish to manage. Then, scroll to the Site Backup section of the page, and click Manage.

            It will redirect you to the Site Backup Dashboard.

Step 4. Under Websites or Databases, click on the Restore Files/Database button next to the profile you want to download.

Step 5. Select the Date of the backup you want to download from the drop-down list. Then, look for the specific file under Directories.

Step 6. Tick the box the files want to download. Once done, click on the Download Files button beside the selected Date.
