How To Access Your Plesk

This guide is applicable for customers who have purchased our Windows Hosting product. If you want to access cPanel, you can follow this guide instead.

1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. On the Dashboard, locate your domain name and click the Web Hosting tab within the box.
3. On the Web Hosting page, click the CONTROL PANEL button. This should open your Plesk panel.

IMPORTANT
The system should not ask for your hosting manager login details. However, if it prompts you with a username and password, just use your plesk login details.
