Publish your website to your domain name
You will need to purchase a full Website Builder
plan which gives you the option to publish your
new website to your domain name. Click on Website
Builder above to view our plans. After your
full Web Builder plan has been activated, log in
to the Website Builder Manager and click Publish.
Your new website will be published to your domain
name.

Create Email Accounts
You can set up as many POP3 email accounts as you
require, up to the maximum limit set for your hosting
plan. To get started follow the simple instructions
below.
You will need your Username and Password to access
your Hosting Manager. Please check your confirmation
setup email for the login information.
- Login to your Host
Manager control panel
- Click Add/Del Email Accounts in the Mail area
- Click Add Account
- Type the first part of the email address in
the email field and the password in the Password
field
- Type the maximum size limit for this mailbox
in the Quota field, if required. The size limit
is in megabytes. If you don’t type in a
size limit, your mailbox will only be limited
by the available disk space
- Click Create
- Your new account has now been created - please
refer to the Set

you can now set up your new email on your computer
so you can send and receive emails with ease.

Create a Catch All Email Account
Any email that is sent to an unknown account at
your domain name, such as unknown@yourdomain.com,
gets automatically rerouted to your default email
account. All web site accounts are automatically
assigned a default email address: user@yourdomain.com
which you can change, if required. We strongly recommend
that you don’t set up these catch all accounts.
They can give you a massive increase in spam.
- Login to your Host
Manager control panel
- Click Default Address in the Mail area
- Click Set Default Address
- Type the complete email address of the new
default in the field next to your website name
drop-down list. Note: you can type :blackhole:
to throw away all incoming mail, or :fail: to
bounce the email back to the sender as no such
address here
- Click Change. Your new default email address
has now been set

Create Email Forwarding
Email forwards simply allow you to automatically
forward email sent to one account to another account.
This is useful when you work at two separate locations
or have gone on holiday. To forward mail from one
account to two or more accounts, just add two or
more forwards for the account that is being forwarded.
- Login to your Host
Manager control panel
- Click Forwarders in the Mail area
- Click Add Forwarder
- In the first field, type the first part of
the email address to be forwarded
- Choose the required domain from the drop-down
list
- In the second field, type the full email address
to receive forwarded mail

Change Email Password
It is useful to occasionally change the passwords
on your email accounts to maximise your email security.
You should always change your password if you think
someone else has access to your account.
Note: Make sure that you change the password in
your email client (e.g. Outlook) application as
well, or you will not be able to receive emails.
- Login to your Host

- Click Add/Del Email Accounts in the Mail area
- Click Change Password next to the required
email address
- Type the new password in the New Password field
- Click Change. Your password for the selected
account has now been changed

What happens after my 30 Day Trial?
After your 30 Day Trial you will no longer be able to
access or edit your Website Builder, if you want to
continue with these services you will need to purchase
a website builder
plan.
Note: When you purchase a website builder plan we activate
your current account so you can continue to develop and
publish your existing web site to your domain name or alternatively
we can reset your package from scratch so you can start
again.

How do I backup my SiteBuilder website?
You will need an FTP client to do that. Some of the most
commonly used FTP clients are:
Once you have downloaded your FTP client you can open
it up, and connect to our FTP host using the following
information:
Hostname: ftp.yourdomainname.com
Username: This is your site builder username
Password: Same as your site builder password
Once connected, download all your files onto your computer.
Please ensure your files are easy to access. Then you
can have peace of mind. If something goes wrong with your
website, you will still have backup files to help you
put your website back up on the Net in no time.

How do I get an SSL for my site builder?
