Publish your website to your domain name
You will need to purchase a full Site Builder plan which gives you the option to publish your new website to your domain name. Click on Site Builder above to view our plans. After your full Site Builder plan has been activated on your domain name, your website will be live. So any changes, updates or modifications will automatically display on your domain name when you click save.

Create Email Accounts
- Login to your 'Hosting Manager' above, by clicking the 'My Account' tab.
- Click 'Email Accounts' under the Mail header
- Type the first part of the email address in the email field and the password in the Password field
- Type the maximum size limit for this mailbox in the Quota field, if required. The size limit is in megabytes. If you don't type in a size limit, your mailbox will only be limited by the available disk space
- Click 'Create'
Your new account has now been created - please refer to the Set Up your Email and an email client for checking your email.

Setup Email Accounts
After you have created your new email account,
you can now set up your new email on your computer
so you can send and receive emails with ease. Click here for step-by-step tutorials.

Create a Catch All Email Account
- Login to your 'Hosting Manager' above, by clicking the 'My Account' tab.
- Click 'Default Address' under the Mail header
- Type the email address in the Forward to email address section
- Click 'Change'. Your new default email address has now been set

Create Email Forwarding
- Login to your 'Hosting Manager' above, by clicking the 'My Account' tab.
- Click 'Forwarders' under the Mail header
- Click 'Add Forwarder'
- In the Address to Forward field, type the first part of the email address to be forwarded
- Choose the required domain from the drop-down list
- In the Forward to email address field, type the full email address to receive forwarded mail
- Click 'Add Forwarder'. Your email forward has now been set

Change Email Password
- Login to your 'Hosting Manager' above, by clicking the 'My Account' tab.
- Click 'Add/Del Email Accounts' under the Mail header
- Click 'Change Password' next to the required email address
- Type the new password in the New Password field
- Click 'Change'. Your password for the selected account has now been changed

What happens after my 30 Day Trial?
After your 30 Day Trial you will no longer be able to
access or edit your Site Builder, if you want to
continue with these services you will need to purchase
a Site Builder plan.
Note: When you purchase a Site Builder plan we activate
your current account so you can continue to develop and
publish your existing website to your domain name or alternatively
we can reset your package from scratch so you can start
again.

Our Site Builder software allows up to a maximum of 3600 pixels. Giving you plenty of room to create fully customised pages.

Why does my website not display?
Your website will only display 24 hours after your account has been setup. If your domain name is not with Crazy Domains you will need to have the name servers of that domain name set to the following for your website to work:
- ns1.syrahost.com
- ns2.syrahost.com
If unsure please consult your current domain name provider and request these changes get applied.

How do I renew my Site Builder plan?
If you have received a renewal notice from Crazy Domains, or just want to renew your Site Builder, you can do this on our website. Renewing your Site Builder with Crazy Domains is easy. Log into your Account Manager and click Renew Hosting on the menu to the left.

How to change the ownership of my account?
Changing ownership of an account is a PERMANENT function. You will not be able to change the ownership back once you have made the change.
As you may know, ownership change means to transfer all of the rights and duties of the account to the designated person/entity. To protect your properties, we do not accept the application of ownership change online, by telephone or email.
We need you to fill in and fax back the following documentation. Listed fee's must be cleared before we can process your application. If application is complete you should receive confirmation of completion within 5 business days.

Backup and Restore My Site Builder
We have 3 levels of backups for all Site Builder servers, unfortunately you cannot download your website or backup yourself as the software is proprietary to Crazy Domains and will only work on Crazy Domains servers.
Crazy Domains can restore deleted sites if within our purge timeframe, which is 90 days from deletion. A fee of $ 89 will apply for each backup restore.

Can I use an SSL with my Site Builder?
SSL's unfortunately do not work with the Site Builder product. The ecommerce module built into Site Builder uses PayPal which will act as your secure payment provider during checkout.
