Log into your Domain Name Manager by clicking Manage My Account at the tope of the page. Then select the domain name and click Billing. Or email us your current and new billing details.

If your website uptime falls below 99% during a given month without advance notice from us, we will credit you with a full 1 month FREE web hosting. Submit an email stating your situation and we will review your account with you and credit your account accordingly.

If you are unhappy with your Web Hosting, Email Hosting, Premium Email Protection or SSL with us for any reason or just wish to close the account at anytime during the first 7 days from purchase, you will get a refund of all hosting fees paid, less any setup fees. Be sure to include the first 2 and last 4 digits of your credit card for confirmation when you close your account or request a refund. Please email us.

Unfortunately due to super low pricing we only accept credit card payments because of the manual process involved. For large orders over $200 multiple payment options can apply. Please contact us.

If you have received a renewal notice from Crazy Domains, or just want to renew your domain name, you can do this on our website. Renewing your Domain Name registration with Crazy Domains is easy. Log into your Domain Manager and click Renew at the bottom of the page.

You will need a new CSR for the domain. Once you have your CSR file created you will need to reapply for a new SSL.
