Will I be charged if my domain gets rejected?
If a domain name gets rejected after you have applied for
it you will not be billed.

do I change my contact billing information?
Log into your Domain Name Manager by clicking Manage
My Account at the tope of the page. Then select the
domain name and click Billing. Or email us your current
and new billing details.

Uptime Guarantee
If your website uptime falls below 99% during a given
month without advance notice from us, we will credit
you with a full 1 month FREE web hosting. Submit an
email stating
your situation and we will review your account with
you and credit your account accordingly.

Money Back Guarantee
If you are unhappy with your Web Hosting, Email Hosting,
Premium Email Protection or SSL with us for any reason
or just wish to close the account at anytime during
the first 7 days from purchase, you will get a refund
of all hosting fees paid, less any setup fees. Be sure
to include the first 2 and last 4 digits of your credit
card for confirmation when you close your account or

How do I renew my domain name?
If you have received a renewal notice from Crazy Domains,
or just want to renew your domain name, you can do this
on our website. Renewing your Domain Name registration
with Crazy Domains is easy. Log into your Domain Manager
and click Renew at the bottom of the page.
If you are not a Crazy Domains customer you will need
to transfer your domain name to Crazy Domains before
you renew. To start transferring your domain name, click
here.

To renew your Hosting plan please email
our support team and confirm you would like to continue
your Hosting service. The same annual fees apply for renewal.

How do I renew my SSL Certificate?
You will need a new CSR for the domain. Once you have
your CSR file created you will need to reapply
for a new SSL.

How do I upgrade my Hosting Account?
Almost any upgrade to your account can be made instantly
by our support team. Click on your product button on
the top of the page. Then select upgrades from the menu
on the left hand side to view all upgrade options for
that product.
